Description:

Glucose dehydrogenase is originally derived from animals. Applications:

The enzyme catalyzes the reaction of β-D-glucose to produce gluconic acid, which is used for enzymatic preparation of cholic acid products, and has effects on both coenzyme 1 (NAD) and coenzyme 2 (NADP). Glucose can be used to oxidize coenzyme 1 (NAD+). 2 (NADP+) is reduced to reduced coenzyme 1 (NADH) and 2 (NADPH) to achieve the purpose of regenerating reduced coenzyme.
